Your email address, and only if you type it into the early-access form and submit it. We do not ask for your name, your phone number, or anything else.

Your IP address, briefly. When you submit the form, your IP address is held in memory for a few minutes so the same address cannot submit endlessly. It is never written to a file, a database or a log, and it is never stored alongside your email.

A setting saved on your device. If you turn the site’s ambient sound on or off, that choice is remembered in your browser’s local storage so the site behaves the way you left it. It never leaves your device and we cannot read it.

This site sets no cookies at all. There is no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels, no session recording, and no third-party scripts of any kind. There is nothing to accept or decline, which is why you were not shown a banner.

To email you once, when Marqaat opens. That is the entire purpose.

We will not send you marketing, newsletters, or anything you did not ask for, and we will never sell or rent your address.

Submitting the form is your consent to be contacted for that single purpose. You gave it with one click and you can take it back the same way — email contact@iiqlim.com and say so. No reason needed, and no attempt will be made to talk you out of it.

Google — the list is kept in Google Sheets, reached through Google Apps Script.

Vercel — hosts this site and processes the request that carries your address to us.

Both are established providers acting on our instructions, and both operate infrastructure outside India, so your address may be processed abroad. Nobody else receives it.

Until Marqaat launches and we have sent that one email, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. If the launch does not happen, the list is deleted.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask us to confirm what we hold about you, correct it, erase it, or withdraw your consent. You may also nominate someone to exercise these rights if you die or become incapacitated.

Email contact@iiqlim.com. Given all we hold is an email address, most requests take minutes.

If we have not resolved something to your satisfaction, write to us first at contact@iiqlim.com so we have the chance to put it right.

You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

If this notice changes we will update the date at the top. If the change is significant and we hold your address, we will tell you.
